This fellow has one flaw in his description of what Rambo fans look for in a Rambo. He did not mention the Rambo knife! Each movie has a special Rambo knife, and it is one of the things I have always looked forward to. A friend of mine spent quite a bit of money buying replicas of the kinves from the first 3 movies, and I have no doubt spent a good bit more getting Rambo's homemade knife from the fourth. The knives hve been a classic signature characteristic of each Rambo movie.

In real life, my Uncle Tex. He saddle trained a horse without breaking it's spirit. One of the best riders I ever saw, could fix anything that needed fixing on the ranch. Knew everything that needed to be known for raising cattle, and other live stock, and was knowledgeable about the predators that had to be dealt with. He also worked very samrt. He lived on, and took care of 6 sections for a man. He had all the cattle trained to respond to calls and the truck horn knowing they would be getting some of the feed he took out to supplement their diet. When it came time to do the spring, or fall round up to work new calves we brought in at least 90% of the herd by getting out to the back end of the ranch, calling them in, and then I stood in the bed with a couple of sacks of cake just dropping enough out for the cattle to keep following us back into the water lot. God rest his soul, I do miss the old man

Not sure what the laws are like up there but even though police will tell people they can not film cops witout permission it is legal, and several police departments around the country have had to pay out 100s of thousands for false arrests when they take people in who refuse to quit filming.

They are a bit more careful of prematurely calling winners in actual elections, but when it comes to primaries both parties have no problem making early announcement when it looks like the candidate of the party leader's choice is not getting the over whelming votes they hoped for. When John McCain was running in the primaries which would pit him against O-bomb-a the GOP called him the primary winner when quite a few states had not even had their primary elections yet. I always despised McCain. He wanted to drop out of the republican party and fly his true democrat colors but didn't because the area he watned to live in, and be elected in would never support a democrat. When he became the GOP candidate I had posted a rant against McCain calling him out for being a rat while he was in the Hanoi Hilton afte rhe had been shot down. A friend commented that the people had chosen McCain so we just had to roll with that no matter what our personal thoughts of him were. I was very surprised when I explained that not only my state but at least four others I was aware of had not held the primaries before MCCain was announced the winner that very few people realized that to be the way it was.

I think part of the problem is that Hollywood is trying to force action hero women on us who are obviously NOT any kind of tough guy. I started watching The Punisher series on netflix. Overall I have enjoyed it, but they have a scene in the second season I think where the Punisher is fighting two women in a bathroom ina tavern. He picks one of them up smacking her head against a ceramic sink, smashing the sink to pieces. She lays for a minute then gets up fighting him like she is his physical equal, but both the women he was fighting were not equal to his weight when put together, and neither had any muscle mass to speak of. Just the sink smack would have easily killed the one. They talk about Matt Damon in the Borune movies. That's another problem. Some mutt actor makes millions in movies like those where they are shooting all the bad guys every time they turn around, but then comes out saying he thinks we should strip the Second Amendment from the Constitution and nobody should own guns but the government, and his body guards. I have a real hard time separating the characters from the morons the actors make themselves out to be.

If the government did not prosecute people who defended themselves more harshly than they would punish the criminal if they got away with their particular crime and got caught, a Punisher figure would not be necessary. I think people would be much quicker to turn to self defense. Back at the beginning of 2015 we had an incident where a neighbor's dog came onto our property to attack our dogs, and my wife. The sheriff's office had been called numerous times by folks up and down this road complaining but they never did anything. Just a month before that dog and another of his almost killed our other neighbor's Airdale, no action from law enforcement. When I shot the dog was charging towards my wife and our pets so it was not a good clean shot. I only wounded the dog, paralyzing it's back legs. I started to go out and put it down so it was not suffering but it dawned on me since the dog was now crawling back to it's own yard I might get in trouble for actually killing it. I got out pets then wyself and wife in the house and called the sheriff's office. They finally came out because a gun had been used. Talking with deputy I leraned I was right, if I had put the dog down when it no longer presented a threat I would have been arrested for animal abuse. What is really sick, even though they had the authority to take the dog and euthanise it they didn't because the crazy neighbor would not give them permission. Instead it had to lay outside his house for 3 nights crying in pain and fear before it passed away. If this ever happens agains I will do the jail time, and make sure the animal is put out of it's misery.

I like westerns. They tend to have the basic good guys, bad guys plot where the bad guys get shot up. The old spaghetti westerns took different twists and added them to westerns, that was fun. Though the sound effects and some of the photography in those I found annoying. It's hard to find a good modern western in my opinion. The last modern western I found I really enjoy is called Gunless. I love that movie and it's a comedy. I like old private detective movies, a normal citizen going up against the bad guys and winning after getting knocked out a few times. Wish they made more of these today. I also like historical movies, Gladiator, Master and Commander, Attil, Braveheart. I would like it more if they stuck closer to real history when they try making a movie about real events, like Braveheart, when I learned the real history of William Wallace that movie was a disappointment on that level. They could have stuck closer to real history and had a good movie. I will take a good comedy any day as well. From going back to Abbot and Costello, Martin and Lewis up to Gunless, and Good Burger. We always need a good laugh from time to time.

This show just got rather stupid. They are showing scenes from the main characters time as a kid living with the Comanche. They wanted to give the impression the indians were riding bareback as tehy had the tendency to do back then but then you can see the stirups hanging down from under the blankets they used to cover the saddles. All the indians have this on their horses. And the show just went down the intelligence marker a whole notch or two. In episode for of the first season they bring a token black character just to push the all white people are racist angle. I have a feeling I won't be watching this series to the end. Too bad because the basic story line had potential.

Both sides that are battling it out in my mind on this idea have been represented well here. There is a concern for the need to push back government corruption that is common place now, but I also worry how it could be manipulated to destroy our sovereignty. We see such simple minded idiocy coming out of colleges(jazz fingers come right to mind), and other arenas in our society I am concerned about the SJW halfwits like AOC and Pelosi who could have some big numbers gather for such a convention. I would like to first see the Constitution being adhered to and enforced as it is written, that would certianly end many troubles. The power given the president to sink us into decades long wars without a declaration of war, people who have made a life long career of being in senate and congress, our money being printed in direct violation of the Constitution by an entity that has no accountability, or even loyalty to this country and it's people. The fact that many people, I would not be surprised if the majority of people, are not aware that the Federal Reserve is not a branch of our government but a private global institution is one of the things that cause me concern. But I do thing the need is out weighing those concerns and if we do not address and correct those needs soon then we will most certainly be needing to exercise our Second Amendment rights in the most serious way possible.

If O-bomb-a got shot just getting gas, the stats tell us the gunman will most likely be another black man. Why doesn't she address that fact? Watching this brought back a fun memory. I was going from Texas to Oregon. When I got to PDX, in Portland I had like a 7 hour layover before my connecting flight to Medford. I went into a shop and was looking at books figuring it would be a good way to pass the time. I saw the title Hitman, written by Lawrence Block. I had never read any of Block's work so I picked it up and started the first chapter. I was hooked right away. It started by telling how the hitman, Keller, had arrived at PDX to learn his connecting flight to Roseburg was going to be in a small twin prop Cessna. This was not something he was willing to fly inso he rented a car and drove down. Block described Roseburg of the time to a T, a big fat capital T. He had a room reserved at the Douglas Inn, a motel I had stayed in myself. Keller went to a Safeway just a block over and was annoyed they did not have a deli with prepared foods, which was the Safeway I did the bulk of my gorcery shopping at, and they did not have a deli with prepared foods. That store has since been closed and demolished I think. His marks were a married couple in witness protection. Their new life included running a copy shop on Jackson Street, which used to be the main business section of twon decades back. Block described the it with amazing detail as he wrote how Keller went down to scope out the area for his job. The only difference was that where the couples copy shop was there was actually a healthfood store. I actually finished the book before my flight the next morning. When I got back to Texas I found that the local library had quite a few of his books, mainly the Burglar series he wrote. Whenever I went to Odessa I always made sure to have a couple of extra dollars to get books they did not have in the library. The Hitman was a trilogy. I wish someone worth a damn would turn them into movies. His burglar character, Bernie Rhodenbar was used ina movie once, back in the 80s. Only they really screwed that up. First they cast Whoppie Goldberg as Bernie, and then nothing in the movie matched any of his stories.

When the press was having a fit about Trump's Rocky photo I immediately thought of the photo they pushed of O-bomb-a allegedly shooting skeet. The White House put out the warning that photoshopping the image would be met with legal action that could result in jail time, and they would pursue action against any and every such image. THe next day all social media was flooded with photoshopped images of that one, and I believe it was a phot shopped image to begin with. O-bomb-a shooting skeet was more fake than Trump being Rocky.

I have worried that with the re-election of Trudeau these types of actions may become more frequent. In high school a friend in metal shop was learning what he needed to in order to make his own shot gun. He got his made made and bored out. Decided to try it out by anchoring to a cinder block and touching off the shell with a sledge hammer. Almost blew his foot off. When he came to school on crutches I felt bad for him but could not help laughing like crazy when he told what happened. He also made throwing stars and knives in metal shop. I had 3 of his knives for decades. A bowie knife, a dagger that was about a foot long, and a small boot knife. I think my brother in law stole them about ten years ago. One of his thrwoing stars was actually more of a dropping star. That thing weighed about 25 pounds.

I couldn't read the article without becoming a member of something. Have never seen that with PJMedia before. Be that as it may I still know folks are confused about the dems running this impeachment line so hard, and for so long only to have Nancy clothesline the whole deal. Watching an old British show I learned they have to have some kind of license to watch television, and then the state controls content through the BBC. It was in an interview I watched with members of the old SCTV show where I learned about how much control the Canadian government has over television. The only good I am aware htat has come from the CBC is their "rules" gave us the McKenzie Brothers. SCTV had to have a minimum of ten percent purely Canadian content in each episode. They filled that with the McKenzie Brothers!

I would love to have one of these folks ask me who won the civil war. In fact we have never had a civil war in this country. The Confederate States seceded, and the Union invaded. That was no more a civil war than was the American Revolution. In this video one of the people she approached did ask "Which civil war", that is something I have wanted to see someone respond to that question with too. This script is filled with so many flaws it is obvious whatever government hack wrote this had no knowledge of any of the back story. This is sad because this is only the beginning of season three. It's not like they would have had to do a lot of research to write a much better script. Makes me wonder how those who create the show are persuaded to allow the feds to step in with garbage like this? The first problem. In the original movie and numerous episodes of the series this elevator type transport is used. These rings come down from the ceiling, then zap those inside the ring up to the other end of the line. O'Neill, Carter, and Daniels are the only ones to go in. Teal'C has to stay behind because he would be readily recognized as a Jaffa thanks to the wrom he carries. That being the case then Carter should not have gone on the mission either as she was a host to a tokra worm, and since then is able to sense other Goa'uld when near them, and they her. The team is outted becasue the Goa'uld system lord senses that in Carter. When the team gets to an underground chamber they are confused as to what to do next to gain entry. They conveniently gather in the middle of the room, and the to have the elevator rings come down. In every instance where the elevator rings are used there is an obvious entry point in the ceiling. No such entry exists in this room. And none of the elevator rings have ever had an automatic start to them. They have all had to be started manually. This seems to activate by people simply stepping into the circle. However O'Neill was already in the circle area before the other two joined him. He should have activated the rings before the others were in place. It is known that this system lord is using a virus of sorts to control the minds of people he infects with said virus. The way for the SG-1 team to fight the virus is once infected they get an electrical shock that kills the virus. To work this out Carter takes the ear pieces that are recievers and transmitters they will be wearing when go into the compound and modifies them so Teal'C can provide the shock at the right time with a flip of a switch through the ear pieces. Once the team has been captured in all the shots after it is very obvious they have no ear pieces. I have not got to the end but I expect when it is needed they will magically have the ear pieces in place to save the day.And there it is! As if all these insults are not enough teh writer goes on to make these small nuclear bombs the system lord sets from a bunch of the old Magic 8-Balls with flashing lights where the answers to your questions would appear. Then when a good guy, a tokra with a weapon that will disable the system lord comes face to face with the guy the tolra does not immediately ...

We had similar issues with O-bomb-a. It is terribly frustrating because there is not anything you can do. I remember a video of O-bomb-a meeting other world leaders at various times in his first year. He was constantly being ignored. In one he was standing in this greeting line as folks walked past. And when they met the Queen it total disaster. The point of this post, there is a meme showing Clinton with Epstein's girl friend on the plane and some point about how he should be in prison. Nothing more to convict him than a photo. Of course democrats defend this tooth and nail. While Trump is caught in a similar situation and republicans will defend him just as well. It was a point in Trump's favor Epstein was arrested once Trump took office, but then this lie about suicide....Still no effort to bring charges against any one of public significance like Trump made campaign promises on.
